This special was done as a showcase of the original PyroSol, Inc. (purchased by Pure Energy in 2004) demonstration plant in Redwood City, California.  It was at this location where the technology was commercially proven and the 75 ton per day module design finalized.  The plant was decommisioned in 1990 and today Pure Energy is utilizing that same core technology as a leader in the waste to energy industry.
